Bauleni is a dense compound and holds most of the votes in Lusaka Central. CDF historically landed in Kabulonga, Woodlands and Rhodes Park while Bauleni was missed. Rebalance community projects and bursaries toward Bauleni.

Youth and women enterprise
Deliver 95 CDF grants (June 2026 literacy training) plus TEVET and skills pathways through Bauleni Skills Centre (42 students).

Related-party and price checks the MP can take to the CDFC — ZPPA bands, shared-phone links, and duplicate beneficiaries — so awards survive scrutiny.
